Career

During my years as a sourcing professional and leader, I've had many wonderful experiences and achievements. These are just some of them:

- I expanded the procurement organization's reach into employee health benefits by having proactive engagement with local leaders, when I started my career at BMS.
- I negotiated and led the first company-wide Advertising/Media category RFP, and achieved better cost transparency while eliminating the need for constant bill reviews.
- Supported and led a complex energy project that required the collaboration of three different companies that were located at the same industrial site. (The picture on the left was at the site of one of the natural gas suppliers that we were evaluating for the project)
-Improved and streamlined the sourcing process for the company, which was later adopted as an official SOP.
- Created a direct engagement process for the procurement employees by providing them with a voice in the procurement organization's future vision and ways they could also be a part of it.
